1. Every pros are just like zoom la 2. you will get salary just like daily wages 3. Even you do not know when they will side you 4. All are non-technical manager which is called as communicator 5. No technical understanding by management team 6. Mgmt can pressure to get their fixed profit. If no profit then they will fire you on the same day 7. They hire you just showing big vision. But actually there is no vision 8. All positive pros written here by cloudxtension mgmt . So do not consider any single pros here

You will feel good, if you are carving for learning latest technologies, ready to work 24/7,and you are only concerned about the work and deadline.

Not employee friendly, Strictly a NO for girls, they don't provide cabs for staying late, girls stay overnight, without any transport/reimbursement facility, NO Increment. Expecting Female Employees are fired giving fake excuses.
