Pros
Extremely talented employees, as the bar on all teams is very high. Executive leadership is clear in its vision and mission, and this translates directly to much of the work on which our product development teams is focused. No shortage of challenges and yet an open environment in which initiative is rewarded.
Cons
As is the case with any startup, there is a bias for action and things move quickly. There are currently some gaps within the product management function, which is resulting in a fair bit of flex by others. That said, this is a short-term deficiency.
