Cutthroat company that doesn't really value its employees much. Company is trying to transition from legacy systems to new systems hence there's massive internal change happening across the years which is tiring really because most times they would just roll something out and 50-50 chance it works but the impact is felt widespread across ICs. Laid off 20% workflow and replaced with AI agents
