Pros

Great product in the core areas.

Cons

- EMEA GTM and leadership needs to go instead of kipping on failing and firing people on the ground , never actually contributed but only damaged business in my time there . - GTM in general is lacking the appropriate investment in everything . - Pay is not matching industry standard anymore . - Workload and work life balance is not great and not supported with any valid benefits . - Never met someone from HR and seems the only ones who did was the ones who we're let go . - No career development and the hiring team will lie to get you in , - Consistency not hiring the right people to the job and you get to work with a low bar people and skillset while the competition is investing 30x in talent .

Pros

- Strong platform - Mostly friendly and smart people - Good salary, but substandard benefits

Cons

- Strong culture of favoritism: if you’re not an OG or coming in from Palo Alto, you’ll face an uphill battle in sales. - Sales culture is terribly toxic, political, and cliquey, especially with the Palo Alto Networks invasion. - Ridiculous internal processes and poorly designed tools (still use more spreadsheets than tools, quotes can take weeks and I’m not kidding) - Zero sales tools (No Outreach, Gong, good luck even getting Zoom Info) - Substandard BDR team with 12:1 ratios of BDR to AE. Got zero set meetings in over 1 year with our team’s BDR.
