Pros

•They have got good cafeteria facilities and pantry facilities. • Teammates were really helpful. In fact the best team ever. • Good working environment. • Stress busters and birthday parties are conducted . • Food reimbursements will be given. • The admin management is good. • The staffs are really friendly.

Cons

• No work life balance at all . • If looking for a developer role here, there will be high work pressure and consider yourself for working 24*7. • Hr management is not at all satisfying. • No appreciation is given for doing better works. • You will have to work for weekends also and no combo-offs nor extra working hours payment would be given. • They consider you as a robots. • Poor payments and appraisals for working 24*7.At times appraisals will not be given. • Internal politics is also high.(the ones who really have talent to influence the team leaders can sustain there.) • They'll fire you at any time, high job insecurity. • If you are a developer, you will really struggle here ,because in order to fulfill the existing job vacancies ,they will keep on shifting you to different technologies, rather than hiring new experienced people for the same roles. At last even after working for two years ,you will not gain a proper knowledge in any technology.

Pros

Quality Facilities: The office is equipped with great amenities and relaxation zones designed for downtime. Infrastructure: The physical workspace and resources provided for employees are modern and well-maintained.

Cons

Toxic Work Culture: The environment feels like a "pressure cooker." There is a significant lack of transparency and a heavy presence of office politics and favoritism. Extreme Work Hours: Expectation of being available 24/7. Overtime and weekend work are the norms rather than the exception, leading to a non-existent work-life balance. Management Style: Heavily characterized by micro-management and a "one-man show" leadership approach, which stifles individual autonomy and flexibility. Irony of Amenities: While relaxation facilities and games are provided, the workload is so intense that employees rarely, if ever, have the time to actually use them. Job Insecurity: The company has a reputation for immediate layoffs, making it a high-risk environment for long-term career stability.
