      * Nice and Professional place to work... More opportunities to learn new technologies * Competitive benefits * Friendly Often relaxed atmosphere * Flexible working hours with the option to work from home in certain situation.

      Cons

      * Although steps have been taken to reduce it, there is still a felling of the company being more reactive than proactive with things sometimes being left to the last minute. * At times there seems to be a slight divide between the department upstairs and downstairs, which may be to the varied nature of the work being carried out in each department. * Can't think of anything bad, only Positive and good Things.

      1. There is no proper bathroom Facility. 2. There is no Leaves,permision,Proper salary on time. Employees should sacrifice their home, friends and personal life. 3.If employee got married, they can easily get divorce if you got a chance to work there... 4.The management won't allow employees to stay long in their home. So employees can save electricity bill. 5. Employees can Experience the HELL without dying. This is an amazing opportunity to the employees who is going to work in their.
