      Pros

      Great and diversified projects with loads of challenges and things to learn. Best of all has to be the people which are not only amazing individuals, but also ones of the best colleagues I have ever worked with in terms of skills.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times on high visibility projects, but it's rare.

      - flexible hybrid work environment - candid attitude towards responsibilities and competent performance review system - very tech knowledgeable people with pleasant characters too - decent size company, so quick internal processed - a lot of opportunities to grow professionally - salaries are decent

      - you might develop imposter syndrome with so many talented and hard-working strong people around you :)
