Pros
Nothing...... 1) Top level management driven company who appoint managers (with no power) to micro manage the junior employees. 2) No hike only deductions. 3) You should say 'Yes' to everything or else they will start abusing 4) Manipulative HR can't take any decision as they need to obey the VPs & directors and always busy in taking wrong decisions 5) CEO wants company's growth and trying very hard but not getting support from the VPs
Cons
1) All projects are miss managed, people who actually working gets nothing 2) VPs are ready to eat the credits of their sub ordinates 3) Blood sucking company long working hours and no pay 4) You need to pay from your own pocket from official expenses 5) top level management don't know how to respect their subordinates or even how to respect humans 6) VPs are so manipulative and put all the blame on the team members for his/her mistake 7)Always try to deduct the salary by giving unacceptable reasons
