Pros
For me, working from home isn’t just an appealing prospect — it’s a reality. You don't have to come into the office at all if you don't want to, and nobody will force you to. Everything is built on trust: what matters are the results, not how many hours you spend sitting at your desk. When you do decide to come in and socialise, you'll find the environment amazing. The Sky Park offices are in an excellent location with great accessibility, and the office itself is modern, inspiring and well equipped. If you need to concentrate or focus, you can book a meeting room in which to work. (If the office is too noisy at that time.) People are on the same wavelength here, the atmosphere is great, and we enjoy grabbing coffee together. Management is extremely approachable, and the 'open-door policy' really works here. You can talk openly and personally with management about anything at any time. I genuinely enjoy the product we’re working on — it’s constantly evolving, and I can see real results. The company is also growing dynamically, and this growth brings opportunities for employees. If you're driven and receive the necessary support, you'll definitely find opportunities for career advancement here.
Cons
To be honest, I can’t think of anything significant to criticise about the company at the moment. Of course, rapid growth sometimes necessitates minor changes to processes, but these are openly and constructively addressed as they arise. I’m completely satisfied here at the moment.
Pros
- Some genuinely nice colleagues who try to help despite the high turnover rate
Cons
- Verbal discrimination - Unrealistic expectations - Blatant favoritism - Obvious attempts at reputation management In my experience, the culture here is toxic and exhausting. Verbal discrimination showed up as “jokes,” dismissive remarks, and disrespectful language that created a hostile atmosphere. When concerns were raised, the response was often to downplay it, shift blame, or act like people were being “too sensitive,” instead of enforcing basic professionalism. Expectations are consistently unrealistic. Deadlines and workloads are set without regard for capacity, and the goalposts move constantly. You’re expected to deliver at any cost, and if you push back with reasonable constraints, it’s treated as a lack of commitment rather than normal planning. Favoritism is obvious. Opportunities, visibility, and consequences aren’t applied consistently — they depend heavily on who you’re aligned with. Some employees, despite being hired to work in support are more focused on tasks that don't concern support in the slightest. This undermines trust, kills motivation, and turns the workplace into politics instead of performance. If you’re evaluating the company, don’t judge by the average rating alone—read a range of reviews and look for repeated issues described in detail.
