Pros

Working at CLOUDVICE has been a really good experience for me. The company is doing a lot of work in Oracle Cloud implementations and has also started focusing strongly on AI-driven solutions, including building AI agents for Oracle applications. One of the best parts has been the onsite opportunities and client exposure. Right from the start, I got the chance to work directly with clients, understand their business needs, and contribute to real projects. It’s been great for both learning technical skills and building confidence in consulting and client interactions. The flexible working hours are another big plus. It makes balancing work and personal life much easier. The kind of work we get here is also very diverse — I’ve been able to explore multiple Oracle modules, enterprise cloud platforms, and some of the AI automation projects too. That variety has helped me keep learning and growing. The leadership team is also very approachable and clear in the way they communicate. They set the direction for the company well, and you can actually see your efforts being appreciated. Recognition for work and timely salary hikes make a big difference in feeling valued. Overall, CLOUDVICE is a great place if you want to build a career around Oracle Cloud and AI. There’s a lot of scope to learn, grow, and get exposure to different areas, and the culture here makes it easier to do that.

Cons

Middle Management can be more clear in setting the expectations from the top managment
