Pros
Work from home No experience necessary
Cons
-The job is to talk to people online through messages. You do this through a virtual profile. The other person doesn't know they are talking to a fake profile. -Low pay. You get paid 0.10 euros for each message you send. People that were fast thinkers and typers would be able to do 60 messages an hour. So 6 Euros an hour. Even after factoring currency exchange, It's less than minimum wage. -Emails sent from higher ups saying operators have been doing something against what the manual says they can do, even when the manual says you can do it. -There were times where it got real slow. Times where I would go through a whole 2 hour shift and not receive more than 10 messages. There were a couple of shifts where I received none at all. -Operators blamed for low message numbers. Told to try harder, doubled the minimum message length. -When low message numbers were fixed, it became too much for them and operators were threatened that the amount of messages they would receive would lower again if they weren't able to keep up.
