I've been working for Clover quite some time now. The perk and benefits that they offer is Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Vision Insurance, Life Insurance Supplemental ,Life Insurance Disability Insurance, Medical Accidental Death, Financial & Retirement,Pension Plan 401K Plan Retirement Plan, Vacation & Time Off Sick Days, Paid Holidays, Bereavement Leave, Free Lunch or Snacks, Parking, travel benefits, Mobile Phone pay $50.00 every month, Professional Support, Job Training, Company events, every Friday continental breakfast and Medical reimbursements $65.00 every paycheck when you opt-out medical benefits. I did I mention you get a MacBook Air laptop to work with and in bad weather you work from home. Every employee at Clover are super friendly. It's a great place to work. Most of all to work at Clover you have to be a people person and love customer service, because they value the employee, but value more their members.
