Toxic Work Culture, Zero Job Security, Extreme Micromanagement - Devops Engineer Clovertex Employee Review

Pros

The only real positive is that consulting exposure can give some short-term learning opportunities if you are self-driven. Freshers may get initial hands-on experience due to high workload, but this comes at the cost of proper guidance and structure.

Cons

Absolutely toxic work environment with extreme micromanagement at every level. There is no proper communication channel, and reaching senior leadership is nearly impossible. Middle management acts as a barrier rather than a support system, often creating confusion instead of clarity. The company follows a hire-and-fire culture with zero job security. Entire teams, including DevOps and database teams (around 40 people), were suddenly forced to resign without warning. Work is often overpromised to clients and then dumped on inexperienced freshers without proper support. Senior HR and technical leadership are unhelpful and unsupportive, making the situation even worse. Overall, employees are treated as disposable resources rather than valued contributors.
