      Pros

      There are a few upper management employees that know what they're doing, they're just lacking the proper resources.

      Cons

      New CEO coming in has no idea what he is doing. The technology side of the company is very unorganized and chaotic. There is a large amount of misinformation and confusion.

      The trouble makers are gone. It's a great place to work The President and CEO care and care about the staff.

      A lot of changes are in store which will hopefully be good for business.

      Cons

      The Lancaster office is a very unfriendly environment. Very chaotic and disorganized. A lot of employees have recently departed due to unhappiness with their positions. More and more job duties pushed onto them making everyday work hard to complete.
