Pay, benefits, incentive weekend shift

Managers are sexist, you are harassed and watched over like a child, breaks are supposed to be 15 minutes they are 10. No standards from shift to shift or respect, supervisors will harasse you about what you do or dont have done, training is very poor, weekly shift is treated like gold while 2nd shift and Weekend shift is treated poorly, week day workers will purposely do more work then what they are supposed to just so other shifts have no work at all amd its allowed. Safety is poor so is ventilation and use of PPE. If you dont have family that works there or friends then you arnt accepted, I highly do not recommend working here
