This means you are unable to turn to anyone with HR issues. - Poor work life balance, they expect you to be involved every minute of the day and if you don't you will be seen as undedicated to the company. - Poor pay and benefits (don't believe the reviews or LinkedIn posts!) - Poor H&S management - No opportunities for growth. - I had extremely bad mental health after working here. - Bad holiday allowance.
