      ZERO support for store fitters, upper management had no interest in solving operatoinal issues. expected to work from home on days off, and zero flexibility with work schedule

      free golf clubs, that's about it. my relationships with vendors was better than relationships with management.

      micro managing, no room for growth, no autonomy to make decisions.
