We've made several changes over the last several months to improve in these areas, but we are not 100% where we want to be (nor will we ever be as we believe in continuous improvement).       free golf clubs, that's about it. my relationships with vendors was better than relationships with management.

      Cons

      micro managing, no room for growth, no autonomy to make decisions.
