Pros
If you produce work that is below standard , no one is going to slam you. Your time is your own . No one checks on you. KPI very easy to achieve.
Cons
The HR department is not forward thinking. In fact there is no trained HR person. Nepotism and Favoritism are common The delivery of service is archaic. The leaders is still stuck in the 20th century style of service delivery for people with mental health issues The board of directors think they understand mental health and how we do our work, In actual fact they don't.
