- Political - Extremely “by the book”, creative thought and new ideas are shot down by “practicality”, i.e. whatever we did last year - While I hear it’s “better than before”, a culture of gender discrimination is still perpetuated - HR is purely operational, and does not have any initiative in ensuring employee satisfaction or fulfilment - Lack if clear direction from leadership
