Pros

Free lodge free buffet food.

Cons

Slave wage. I am paid less than 1400 euros after tax as a Leisure experience manager. Long hours spent on "vie de village" aka working but not being paid for it. 1 day off only. It is slowly changing though for resorts. Someone on club med workspace suggested two days off for GO since a happy go is a happy gm but management shut that down by deactivating the account of the poster and hiding that post.
