Pros
The benefits are great if you're looking to have accommodation, food & laundry sorted out. The staff accommodation is actually new and you get your own room, while the food is from the guest buffet. This saves you a great deal of money for sure. If you're just starting out in hospitality this is a great place to start for experience cause you get to try a lot of things, with a steep learning curve. It's a fun environment and if you're looking for a lively time with equally lively people, this is a great place for you.
Cons
The hours are the trade off for the good quality benefits. You really have to be hands on deck with the whole GO lifestyle and it's expected of you. That means being always 'on'. You do get breaks in between but it is a morning to night gig.
