Pros
Working with the Clum Creative team was an absolute privilege. At first glance, Clum Creative is a video production company that specializes in corporate advertising, however, when working behind the scenes you realize that this company embodies more than simply this. Sure, the team has a love for media and does great work, but what impressed me most about working at Clum Creative was the passion the company had for serving their customers and the determination amongst the team to grow professionally and personally.
I have had the privilege to meet and work with many talented and driven entrepreneurs, however, I have never met someone who strives for excellence in business and in leadership like, Mike Clum. Mike holds himself at a higher standard, and his action drove me to constantly raise the bar for myself. Most importantly, I have never been so comfortable approaching an employer about my personal goals. Mike always strived to ensure I was able to reach my goals at Clum Creative and in life, even when I decided that it was best for me to make a shift in my career and leave the company.
I feel true greatness in life is hard to find, but as I came to work every day at Clum Creative, I always knew I was walking into a place that was special. I cannot recommend Clum Creative enough to anyone looking for a challenge to expand their limits and are looking to have fun in the process.
Cons
Clum Creative is a fantastic organization with well defined goals for growth, however, I would not recommend this job to someone who is just looking to get by, but rather someone looking to grow professionally and personally with a likeminded team.
