Pros
- It's a startup with a lot of opportunity for personal growth. It's an excellent place to gain exposure to all parts of full stack development and expand the scope of your skills. This is the biggest reason to work here. - The other developers, devops guys, and tech support are all super cool. - Good work/life balance. There are periods of overtime work, but they end.
Cons
- Yeah, there's issues with upper management. If you become the target of their ire, then life is harder. There were good developers that management didn't like, there were bad developers that management did like. I've seen way worse office politics and for me, the pros of working here far outweighed the cons. - We don't have unlimited PTO, nap pods, therapy dogs, etc. etc.
