      Pros

      -We work with really nice people who genuinely care about one another -The courses have raving fans, and the company is a leader in the coach training space -High level of autonomy -Great work/life balance, people are very flexible and understanding when life things come up. Love the Wellness Fridays!

      Cons

      -Compensation and benefits could be increased (401k, etc.) -High pressure at times, we could do a better job at predicting workloads -Slow moving at times
