Pros

Generous benefits and easy going non productive work culture - you will thrive if you like getting paid for doing nothing

Cons

Easily the worst place I have worked with unsupportive senior management openly showing favouritism and actively providing cover for the unproductive work culture by blocking efforts to improve broken and non productive processes. Leadership are as under performing as 95% of the Housing and Repairs teams. Top down culture falsely promoting values to continue failing practices which have lead to loss of multiple clients and lots of staff attrition. Only the bad non productive staff are allowed thrive by keeping there heads down. Completely demoralising environment with below market salaries and very low staff performance.

Pros

Very supportive team members and management, everyone is friendly and fun to work with. My team work really hard and care about what they are doing. Excellent benefits (the company are part of RHP group) Interesting projects to work on and regular development opportunities. Very niche and unique business - managing housing services for coop housing. Good company if you want to develop your housing management skills or try something different in social housing.

Cons

none that I can think of.
