This job basically consists of one task which is answering the phone to customers. Most customers are frustrated from the lack of support they feel they are getting. They want to speak to their case managers but Coop give case managers way too many cases to work on so it's impossible for them to deal with all their clients in due time which leaves us, legal assistants, dealing with frustrated and angry clients on the phone. It is mentally draining.
