Leaving for better career opportunities

Some Management were amazingly supportive and worth their weight in gold. Others were toxic, uncaring, blazae, complacent and frankly negligent to ethical practice. The hourly rate doesn't recognise the ability of their staff and their sole focus is revenue - despite what they advertise There was no support or encouragement to be the best an employee can be and they prefer those who follow and aren't interested and drive out those who think differently
