Pros
Company really cares about their employees. I was their employee when Typhoon Odette hit the Philippines on 2021. Company HQ in PH is in Cebu, one of the provinces that was directly hit by the storm. They opened the office, restocked the pantry with food and distributed water -- both of which were scarce at the time. Work-wise, I was lucky enough to be assigned to a good client. Technically engaged with said client, all my inputs taken into account, and was recognized every now and then. Pretty reasonable when it comes to terms and conditions of employment.
Cons
No clear path for promotion since it's a BPO -- and I'd be fair that I was put into a tight spot. I also did not appreciate it when I was included in the pilot for tracking and monitoring software -- they need to understand that not everyone has an 8-hour productive state. You could get low-balled as far as compensation package is concerned if you don't know what your current value is. Good for juniors or career-shifters, a little bit low for mid to senior level. I'll be fair, if you know how to read your contract and negotiate, they're very reasonable.
