Pros
Some of the best people and culture i have ever seen in an organization. The fintech industry has gone through a difficult time recently, but the company handled it well. Truat and transparency is a core policy of the company and they always stick by it!
Cons
Had to scratch my head for this, but as any growing company, sometimes the ball is dropped by different teams because communications get lost.
