      Pros

      Discussion of a product on paper turning into a chip in every step. The opportunity to work on a product specification till chip tape-out. Very Good Work Environment. Good Support from Mentors to help everyone grow technically as well as develope skills required to become a better individual.

      Currently i didn't find any as it only 3months from the time i joined.

      A good startup with good mentors to guide you in your career in Digital Design, verification/UVM, RTL and many more.

      Cons

      Since I have joined as a fresher, I will comment on this later on in my career.
