Management reviews the performance and design, including metrics, to reflect business objectives going forward and to support a market-competitive commission plan. Every year at this time we evaluate the structure, roles compensation and career path for sales to align with CoStar Group business and sales plans and communicate any changes during the annual Sales Conference, which is on Feb. 9-12 this year. From time to time we also pilot changes in sales, and you may have heard of a pilot we are conducting to gauge the possibility of establishing customer support roles within Sales, the results of which will determine the success and feasibility of the option.
