Pros

Lots of smart people working for the company. Good benefits package. They compensate fairly.

Cons

Disorganized. Divided. People rarely socialize outside of their group/team and the CEO would never speak with you as if you're both just people who carry value. Office culture is quiet, awkward and uninviting. There is no work from home program and there is a strict line drawn between work and home life. Fun and enjoyment are not encouraged at work at any time, but taking your work home is also not encouraged.

CoStar Group Response
11y
We want our employees to get the most out of CoStar Group as they’re working, and we’ve found that the best way to do that is through the team work that happens naturally in our office setting. Many of our employees tend to form tighter bonds with their team members, but many employee-organized events bring everyone together to get to know each other better. We encourage a healthy balance between life and work – which is why we encourage our employees to leave their work at work, so home can be a place to relax and spend time with family and friends. And during the work day we try to make the work day a little better with some of our daily perks, like freshly stocked food in the kitchen and gym memberships.

Pros

I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

Cons

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
