Pros

Company has good medical benefits. Your colleagues are just trying to survive like you are, which helps with all the toxicity at the company.

Cons

I worked there for seven years and even though I learned some things ( mostly on my own) we are pretty much nothing more than a glorified call center. From the CEO all the way down to the executives and managers it’s a completely toxic culture. Our clients don’t like us because we are forced to call them to get info we can literally get just by emailing them. At one point whenever you would be close to meeting your metrics they would have a qc team target you to reduce your overall score so you wouldn’t get a bonus. The toxicity at this company is not worth the paycheck they give you.

I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

Cons

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
