Obscure metrics that don’t correlate to success Taken away about every good benefit they had since I started here (no more provided lunches or Wednesday catering, no more meal stipends) I’m addition, this “hybrid” company has threatened to take away wfh the one day a week we have it Never told you’re doing a good job, only that you could be doing more to help carry the weight of several employees quitting in the last couple of months
