Pros

When i joined circa 10 years ago, it was a great company to work for. The pay was good back then, the level of autonomy was great allowing you to just get on with it and flourish.

Cons

Over the more recent years, before I left 3 year's ago, it had become increasingly more KPI driven and micro-managed. Clients were getting annoyed as this style had seeped through to the sales team, potentially coming across desperate. The research team were no longer happy about being micro-managed and being treated more and more like a call centre. This is the backbone of the business and this was starting to crumble. I felt ultimately, decisions were out of the hands of the majority of the leadership team, instead very top heavy who were more focussed on the big picture and out of touch with client's expectations.

Pros

I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

Cons

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
