- Inclusive culture and actively driving and supporting diversity of workforce - Management team very accessible and updating employees frequently on strategic and operational matters - Strong growth and expansion offer multiple opportunities to learn and expand responsibility/ ownership of work products

Cons

- Constantly evolving as an organization due to the strong growth, hence employees need to be comfortable with a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Pros

CoachHub gave a ton of autonomy and fully remote work. They threw real responsibility at you right away, so you learned way more and built stronger skills than at most other places.

Cons

Leadership was unstable with constant manager changes. Only one performance review in three years and it ignored major contributions. Felt disconnected from team and recognition went mostly to sales.
