We’re sorry to hear, however, that you felt senior management lacked transparency and worked in silos. As an organisation, we’re deeply committed to fostering open communication and ensuring decisions are shared clearly across teams. Tools like our regular town halls, where leadership openly discusses strategic objectives and OKRs, are designed to increase transparency and alignment. That said, we recognise there’s always room to improve, and feedback like yours helps us identify where we can do better.
