We also hear your point about workload and uncertainty. If workload ever feels too heavy, we encourage current team members to speak with their manager so we can support them. And if anyone feels unclear about where we are headed, we regularly cover this in our town halls and through the open sharing of our OKRs to keep everyone informed and aligned. Most importantly, we encourage everyone to continue using our internal channels such as Peakon, FaceUp, and town halls. Pros

CoachHub gave a ton of autonomy and fully remote work. They threw real responsibility at you right away, so you learned way more and built stronger skills than at most other places.

Cons

Leadership was unstable with constant manager changes. Only one performance review in three years and it ignored major contributions. Felt disconnected from team and recognition went mostly to sales.
