Pros

-Great mission -Good programming -Unappreciated talent within the lower ranks

Cons

The executive management team are extreme micromanagers who want the last say on every move you make. They've been known to "play with the numbers" to make it seem like they're doing better than they are. Very little interest in personal development Revenues come from limited funding sources with deep pockets and are what keep the non-profit afloat.
