      Pros

      The facility is new, supplies are readily available, fast promotions are possible if you play the game and sell your soul.

      Cons

      Management. Promotions are allowing incompetent people to supervise. Egos are running rampant, positions of authority are being abused. Staff are not supported by Administration. Harassment by middle management is out of control in some programs. Favoritism is also an issue.

      Pros

      The pay is good and they hire new graduates. The union is decent and work to have your back. Opportunity for advancement with only a LPT License.

      Cons

      Very big place with a lot of cliques and nepotism. If you are not liked, you will be ganged up on by staff. You have to watch out for patients because they will try to take advantage of you, but they are ex cons, so it comes with the territory. If you work weekends, you will be mandated most likely.
