8-4:30 job It's inside and you get your own desk. The Hotel is experiencing some serious renovations due to the flood and the lack of maintaining.
Cons
Poorly run company right from corporate to the Coast Bastion Hotel. HUGE turn over in staff due to no direction from corporate and lack of good management. Coast Bastion lets seasoned staff run the place, even though policies and procedures are super out dated and ineffective. All serving staff are Union, but this position is not but you are also not a Manger.
