Pros
The enthusiasm of all the upper management is so crazy that you can not help but the drink in the kool-aid. Every time you get on the phone with anyone in the office, they get you super pumped, and super excited so much that you will believe anything they tell you. (kinda like a Tony Robins Concert) ;) You CAN make some decent money with them if you are willing to push hard.
Cons
The Kool-aid isn't as good as it seems. As long as you give everything to them, they will humor you. You must must must triple check everything you sell all of the time, or you might not get it. There are defiantly PLENTY of room for improvement for this company. One of the biggest ones is standardization. Too many upper management personnel give different answers to important things. Also these guys/Gals are sales people, they will sale to you. Expect to be lied to.
