      Coastal with a small firm. It doesn't have the resources that a large firm has; however, the mentorship is excellent.

      They gave you the tools to learn about the insurance industry and complete all certifications necessary to become a full agent.

      Decent looking office in a good area

      Beware if you are new to the industry. You will fail here, there are "trainings" and "support staff" but it's like the blind leading the blind.
