Too many to list out. The "management" of data science, quant, and data engineering is atrocious and full of egotistic clowns. The only thing they were capable of doing is spending more money on data and compute than their actual return on investment (negative). Should have listened to the advise of ex-employees to runaway from this place asap. Out of the many places I've been at before, this is by far the most toxic environment. The best day was the last day when they gave me a package because they closed down their failing quant fund. If you join, your sole goal should be to get laid off so you can get a package and then go vacation.
