Pros

Always ready to advance and be a strong force, integrating the latest trends and best practices with traditional, digital, and social media marketing. Cobalt offers a secure, safe banking environment powered by the latest banking technology and AI platforms.

Cons

While I appreciated the opportunity to work in a dynamic and engaging role, I found that the remote structure combined with the quarterly out-of-state travel didn't align perfectly with my personal and professional preferences. I thrive in environments where I have more consistent in-person collaboration with my team. However, the experience allowed me to grow and develop valuable skills.

Pros

Love my co-workers in the branch. Members appreciate the help and are very grateful. Managers are willing to help you succeed. Lots of different training opportunities.

Cons

Back office is not helpful in helping branches with members. Respond time can sometimes be weeks for them to get back to you. Average is a couple of days. You have to pay to wear jeans or a Halloween Costume just for an example. Did a potluck and managers could only spend $5 an employee. Seems like they want more money from their employees than they are willing to give. Underwriting makes bank off scamming members of GAP and MBP. They get incentives of thousands extra a month, needs to be overseen better by upper management.
