Pros

It's a job. Remote work.

Cons

The company repeatedly goes after new ideas that end up failing. There have been 3 rounds of layoffs in a year. At the same time, you could hear often that Cobalt is on the right track. The company is also silently and slowly removing many benefits that people highlighted in the past. Promotions have happened in the US, while there were very few in the EU. Poor career outlook.
