      Pros

      Small biotech company with few employees, so each could wear may hats and get involved in range of roles within each project.

      Cons

      Garage chemistry. Bad equipment. Extremely unsafe conditions. No formal SOP review. Virtually no change control or QA/QC. Business side very opaque to scientists and engineers.

      Pros

      Free lunches, decent benefits, some nice people.

      Cons

      I was hired as a consultant to help with several aspects of operations. Despite my expertise and the large fee they were paying, they ignored every single thing I suggested. And now they are out of business. Coincidence? Not sure why Glassdoor asked me to write a review since the company folded 3 years ago.
