Pros
We were off weekends and holidays. There was literally nothing good about working there. I literally ran out on my last day there.
Cons
1. They try to cheat you out of overtime. Matter of fact, they will cheat you in overtime if you're not vigilant. 2. Rat traps and roach infested building 3. In my opinion, management is grossly incompetent 4. Limited ability to provide ADA accommodation 5. Unorganized 6. Very low pay with very limited growth. $0.01 promotions happen 7. Work more than you're paid 8. Dated systems that you will be put to blame for. For example, there is a system outage in GA,but it's your fault because you took 5s to use the restroom 9. Impractical and possibly illegal work habits. For example, cutting lunches shorter than 30 minutes unofficially. You must be at your desk taking the next person at time. The systems are dated and you must unlock your drawer. That takes about 7 minutes 10. Clique like environment with very rude staff 11. Non working air. It was 98 degrees with no air circulating inside 12. Aloof politics. For example, someone being fired but the boss doesn't know 13. No job security
