Pros
Working remotely with a globally positioned team has really offered me a world of growth, professionally (in terms of technology and operationally) and personally. The respect for each team members work - life balance is highly appreciated. Having clients across multiple continents has meant that every project is completely diverse, exciting and challenging.
Cons
Working 100% remotely has been a massive adjustment and a struggle for me personally. This however, has been massively overshadowed by an extremely understanding and supportive team.
